15 years after breast reduction surgery

Because my breasts were large, I had a severe complex about them since my school days, my shoulders were always hunched, and after childbirth my breasts sagged, so I had surgery about 15 years ago. It has been a long time, so the clinic name is hazy, but there is a plastic surgery clinic across from the Galleria in Apgujeong. Although there were many places for breast augmentation, places that did reduction surgery were harder to find back then, so I had consultations at about two clinics and then had surgery. I had an O-shaped incision (they said the scar remains, but from the outside the shape looks the prettiest). After surgery, nipple sensation decreased significantly. Even now, the sensation is still very dull. It seems all surgeries that do not preserve the mammary glands are like that, so you should be prepared.. Since it was major surgery, I struggled a lot for a while afterward, and you absolutely must not lift anything heavy. Instead, I am satisfied because my breast size is moderate and wearing clothes is enjoyable. It was also nice that my sagging breasts were lifted a lot, but now that around 15-20 years have passed, they are sagging again. I think my skin type sags easily.. The surgery cost was 8.5 million won. At the time, the doctor said that since I was already having surgery, I should do arm liposuction together, but the cost would go up by 1.5 million won, so I did not do it. I regretted that a bit.
