Before<before surgery><day 2>‼️ Day 2 after breast surgery ‼️
In the early morning going from the day of surgery into day 2, the swelling came down to my abdomen, and now even my lower body is really swollen.. Is everyone usually like this!? ㅠㅠㅠ I feel like an elephant..
I heard swelling and pain are worst until day 2 or 3.
When I came home and weighed myself, I had gained exactly 4 kg..
Compared with the first day, today, the second day, the pain is a bit worse. It’s not like I’m dying, but when I lie down and get up, it hurts more than yesterday? Suddenly it feels tight and prickly, like breast engorgement, about that much!!
More than my breasts hurting, because I’m sleeping sitting at an angle, my already-bad lower back hurts so much ㅠ
When I slowly slide down because I want to sleep lying down, my breasts hurt and feel tight. The pain is less in a sitting position ㅎ .. ㅎ
First of all, my rib cage is 70, and I’m 153 cm / 42 kg with a small build..
Even though my breasts were small, I lived without thinking much about it, using padded bras and super padding.. ꈍ◡ꈍ
But after giving birth early in my early twenties, my weight repeatedly going up and down, and losing 10 kg through dieting,
my breasts got even smaller, to the point they were almost gone. Whether it was a padded bra or a regular bra, there was gapping and it was really obvious, and clothes would get rolled into that gap lol ㅠ .. you know what I mean.. sob
If I only showed my pre-surgery chest, you’d believe I was a man, and I didn’t even need to wear underwear.. Then I suddenly made up my mind and had the surgery within two months.
I was embarrassed and ashamed to even bring it up to my husband, so I worried a lot before telling him, and he said, why do you even need to do it, it’s just right as it is, you don’t need to do it ,, lolololololololol
It was seriously like gum stuck flat to asphalt, there wasn’t even a handful to grab, and anyone could see it wasn’t the case, but thanks even if you only said it to be polite ^^..
On the day of surgery, after it ended, from relief, fear, and some unknown sadness, as soon as the surgery was over, I called my husband and sobbed.
The person lying next to me in the recovery room lololol we were both not fully awake from anesthesia, but they kept saying, “Don’t cry, you shouldn’t cry~ Does it hurt a lot?” Even when I didn’t answer and ignored them, they kept talking through just one curtain, and thinking about it now, it was so cute.. ⁺◟( ᵒ̴̶̷̥́ ·̫ ᵒ̴̶̷̣̥̀ ) __________________________________________
‼️ At my first consultation two months ago ‼️ We had decided to proceed with 300 cc Mentor Smooth implants, but during the pre-op consultation, while drawing on my body, they measured here and there with a ruler, and measured my circumference again too. I think it came out to 68.. Maybe because I had lost 5 kg since the consultation two months before..
They muttered to themselves that 300 cc might not fit, and said my torso was too small, so inside I was thinking please, please.
Then they said it seemed like they would need to use the high type and that they would put in 300 cc, so I went in shouting “what a relief” inside..
It was my first time under general anesthesia, so I was more scared of the anesthesia than the surgery. I kept thinking, what if I don’t wake up, what if something goes wrong.
I was lying on the operating table wearing just one pair of disposable panties, but I didn’t even feel embarrassed. They told me to take 10 deep breaths, and while breathing, I think I passed out around the 7th breath..
On the day of surgery, because of the compression bandage, I couldn’t digest what I ate and it was hard to breathe, so that was much harder than the pain.
The day after surgery, after removing the compression bandage and putting on the post-op bra and upper band, it’s still just as tight for now, but much more bearable than the bandage.
But wearing it directly on bare skin rubs and hurts so much, so I’m wearing it over thin clothes ㅠ ㅅ ㅠ
TMI, why is this so long..
Anyway, I hope time passes quickly. They say for breasts, enduring is the answer for both pain and shape.
I’m going to go for a follow-up next Monday, and then write again to keep a record.
