It’ll be my fourth surgery Primary: ㅋㄹㅇㅁ -> I only used ear cartilage for the nasal tip, so it was too natural. Back then I knew nothing about cosmetic surgery, so I couldn’t even properly explain the shape I wanted, and of course there wasn’t much frontal-view effect. Revision: ㄹㅂ -> Had osteotomy. For a frontal-view effect, the nasal tip was raised, but I strongly insisted that I didn’t want silicone, so the bridge was low and only the tip was high, which made the nose line disappointing. This was my mistake too. Third surgery: ㄴㅈㄹ -> The doctor has a very clear aesthetic sense and a definite line they prefer, so it may suit some people, but I want a more natural feel, so I’m thinking about a fourth surgery. Is there any hospital that’s good at a naturally glamorous look? So far, I’ve had consultations at ㅍㄹㅁㅇ and ㅇㅍ.
