For my revision rhinoplasty, I’m getting silicone for the nasal bridge and autologous costal cartilage for the nasal tip, but they said my skin is thin, so I need buttock dermis added as a graft.
I heard autologous dermis all gets absorbed, so I’m wondering if it’s meaningful to add dermis even if it leaves a scar.. sob
