My current nose condition is that I’m in my 50s, and about 30 years ago I had surgery with only silicone inserted. These days I have headaches and cheekbone pain, and the silicone looks too obvious. At the consultation I had at ㅍㄹㅁ, they said they would use donated dermis called MegaDerm to maintain the nasal bridge and nasal contour, and rearrange the alar cartilage. The price is okay too. What I’m worried about here is that I can’t choose between autologous dermis and MegaDerm. Side effects are what scare me the most Honestly, at my age, rather than looking good, I just hope it looks natural and doesn’t make everyday life uncomfortable…
