Breast Surgery Reviews

One-year review of breast surgery at Sway

It has finally been one year since my breast augmentation! Looking back from when I first decided on surgery, through the fear on the day of surgery and the recovery process, so much time has passed. At first I had many worries and it felt unfamiliar, but now everyday life has become so natural that I sometimes forget I had surgery. After childbirth, I exclusively breastfed and my breast shape changed considerably, so I was very troubled. I underwent nipple reduction and breast augmentation together. Procedure: Motiva Full type + nipple reduction Incision: transaxillary incision Method: dual-plane technique Implant size: right 400 cc / left 375 cc The part I am most satisfied with is definitely the breast line and feel! At first there was swelling and a firm feeling, but over time the feel became softer and more natural. Now I really like the feel, and I am highly satisfied because the overall shape suits my body well. Especially whenever I get dressed, I think I made the right choice. Before, I was disappointed that clothes did not create the silhouette I wanted, but now even everyday clothes such as T-shirts and knits show a beautiful line. I really like the natural fullness that appears when I wear clothes that lightly hug the body. Getting dressed has become more fun, and I have gained much more confidence. Daily life has also become very comfortable. I have almost no discomfort when moving my arms or exercising, and I live comfortably even when wearing a bra or sports bra. Immediately after surgery, I worried about every small movement, so it still feels amazing that I can now go about daily life without those concerns. I was also satisfied with the postoperative care. It was reassuring that the clinic checked my progress through visits, the surgeon’s examinations, and ultrasound tests rather than simply ending things after surgery. I realized that the aftercare I liked during the preoperative consultation remained important after surgery as well. Looking back, there were moments on the day of surgery when I was scared and in pain and wondered if I had made a mistake, but as I recovered and saw the changes over time, those worries gradually disappeared. Recovery naturally varies from person to person, but for me, satisfaction is very high now that one year has passed. Looking back at one year, the biggest change is that not only the breast shape but also my satisfaction with clothing and my confidence have changed. Since this was a surgery I decided on after a long period of deliberation, I am satisfied now, and I plan to continue managing things well with regular follow-ups. I searched through so many reviews while considering surgery, and I hope my review can be of even a little help to someone. 💗
