Breast Surgery Reviews

Breast fat grafting review (exactly 6 months later)

I was an A cup whose upper cup area always gaped in regular bras unless I wore a Victoria's Secret Bombshell; in terms of upper-breast volume, I think I was practically an AA. After researching many clinics, I chose a very conservative one with papers, research, and an institute behind it. I considered implants because my breasts were so small, but they scared me, and after having filler placed in my forehead, the idea of putting in implants felt impossible.

My goal was not to make them large, but to create harmonious volume suited to my body, so I leaned toward fat grafting. After body-composition testing, examination, and examinations by the chief and deputy directors, the consultation took 30 minutes to an hour and was extremely detailed and accurate. My first thought was, “If I do it, I should do it here.” It was not a small amount of money, but it was for my own body, so I decided to try.

The doctor is extremely blunt, but accurate, haha. Since I had almost no body fat, the biggest task was building fat, scheduling surgery around my travel dates, and managing my body. The care before and after surgery was incredibly detailed, so I think following the instructions faithfully allowed the best possible result.

Now that exactly six months have passed (I had surgery in early April), I am completely satisfied. I maintained my weight for six months and followed the clinic's instructions. Although the cup size itself did not increase dramatically, the upper-breast volume that nothing else could create has stayed full, giving me a full B cup overall. (The clinic's own sizing called it an A cup, but in my usual bras—with no padding—it measures as a B cup.)
