Nose Re-Surgery

After Removal

After complete removal from the nose, can inflammation occur years later, once the wound has healed and everything has settled, rather than from an infection caused by the wound soon after surgery? Even if no foreign material remains in the nose, the nose was opened and its tissues were manipulated, so I wondered whether inflammation could still occur. It only becomes significantly less likely than when an implant remains inside, right? After complete removal, the possibility of inflammation does not become zero percent, does it? T_T Does that mean I have to be careful for the rest of my life once my nose has been opened? I cannot drink or smoke, and have to be very careful.
