They did it after giving local anesthetic injections. It stung a bit and only hurt when they were giving the injections. It didn’t hurt nearly as much as when anesthetic cream is applied, so that was good. I brought a photo, and they looked at it and matched it well. However, within the 2-week retouch period they said all the appointments were full, so it was a bit inconvenient to coordinate the date.
