It hurt a lot. I can confidently say I tolerate pain pretty well, but with calf Botox, when the needle and medication go in, it first feels like a sharp electric prick, and later your calf feels numb and like it’s cramping. It does get much better after about 5 minutes, but it was still a shocking experience. I got it in the gastrocnemius muscle, and I hope the effect is good.
