Review after visiting 3 clinics for stem-cell breast fat grafting

After searching hard for about 2 weeks, I’m going to talk about my consultation reviews After visiting three places: ㅁㄷㅅ, ㅂㅇㅅㅌ, and ㅇㅅㅆ.

**ㅁㄷㅅ (ㅇㅅ branch) The director first checked my body visually and with ultrasound, Checking the breasts, abdominal and thigh fat, muscles, etc. He answered my questions well, And showed average figures and expected effects. Average based on the first round: 1.3 cups. If they put in 260 cc each, the survival rate is about 50%. It felt like he had a lot of experience and a lot of accumulated data. The consultation with the consultant was also quite detailed and kind. They honestly said side effects or elasticity issues related to liposuction Could occur. It seemed like there were almost no side effects from fat grafting, and elasticity issues in the liposuction area Were something I would have to account for to some degree. So they told me I need to wear compression garments properly. It kind of felt like results may depend on luck. I do have some volume, but only lack upper-breast fullness, So the director said he would focus on putting it in that area, But the consultant said it’s difficult to put more only in the upper breast.. They said the volume increases according to one’s own breast shape. Which is right?? They do stem-cell cell counts, and there is a separate person who extracts them. They said usually it ranges from several thousand to, at most, hundreds of millions. The facilities are a bit old. The cost was the best among the three. The consultant did not try to get me to lock it in that day at all.

**ㅂㅇㅅㅌ The facilities were nice and it felt systematic. The director pressed my fat and checked the amount of fat. He immediately checked where to remove fat from and where to fill. Since I have volume in the lower breasts, He said he would mainly fill the upper breasts. The consultant was kind and explained in detail. They said since the director specializes in body shape, the goal is not just to make it big no matter what, But to make both the liposuction and fat grafting look pretty. Expected survival rate was 70-80%, with an expected increase of half a cup to one cup. Because I don’t have much fat, it seemed they would put in about 150-180 cc. They said side effects are almost nonexistent, and if it’s not something like Mammotome, They will resolve the rest, but small calcifications Are usually left alone if they are not too big or harmful. Anyway, they said there have been almost no fat grafting side effects so far, And regarding liposuction, since they specialize in body contouring, They do liposuction without sagging, so I don’t need to worry. I’m not sure how many stem cells they extract. They said the director extracts them with a machine. I think they said they extract stem cells from 50 cc or so (maybe 100?), But just in case it’s only for show to decorate it as a stem-cell procedure, I plan to ask once more by chat. I didn’t ask and only guessed, So please take this part just as a reference. The cost seems about 2 million won more expensive than ㅁㄷㅅ. The consultant did show a little bit of trying to get me to decide right away, But literally only a little.

**ㅇㅅㅆ I waited for over an hour. The director first briefly checked by pressing the fat with his hands, Then said there would be no expected effect in my current state. He asked if I had questions, but since he said there would be no expected effect, I had nothing to say. So he left right away without further consultation, And the consultant continued the consultation, But the consultant also felt somewhat kind yet unfriendly. After asking where I had consultations, They heavily emphasized that they are fundamentally different, But there was no substance about what exactly was different and how. The substance was papers. That ended everything. Oh, they also have a research institute. They just said that compared with those kinds of places, They are on a completely different level to the point that there is no balance. They kept using analogies like why people try to go to Seoul National University, Why people try to go to number one, But didn’t actually explain what was fundamentally different, Maybe because it is a specialized field. Even if they explained, I probably wouldn’t understand, So they kept talking only about papers as objective indicators. I understand because they are the only ones who proved it with papers. In terms of survival rate and side effects, it almost felt like I could trust them unconditionally, But they said those worries are not the issue; My body is not in a condition to have surgery, So I need to start with a body-building diet. They said they usually put in 110-130 cc on average And about one cup can be expected, But first I need to build my body, and things like how much fat to extract Can all be decided later.. So everything felt uncertain. They say I can be free from worries about survival rate and side effects, But from how much can even be put in, nothing is guaranteed.. So I do feel anxious. I mentioned the upper breasts, and they said that in my current state, even if they put fat only in the upper breasts, The upper breasts are not an environment where fat can survive, And only the lower breasts have a good environment, So the breast environment itself has to be changed For the surgery to be effective. (The question I had here was, then how did the two hospitals above say they would make the upper-breast fat survive.. I asked the directors at both hospitals whether upper-breast fat survival is more difficult, But both said that’s not the case.) They do stem-cell cell counts, and they said usually it’s over 100 million. They said the price changes after building the body, through various tests, And depending on where liposuction will be done. But they said it starts at a minimum in the low 10 million won range. It felt professional, with lots of equipment, And maybe because of the papers, they seemed extremely obsessive about survival rate, And I did get the feeling that they were all-in on breast fat grafting, But like a double-edged sword, they are very conservative, And it seems they only operate within the range where they can clearly guarantee the survival rate, Which is good but also an anxiety point. Both the doctor and consultant gave the feeling of, we are the best, so if you want to go somewhere else, go; The decision is yours.

For now, I’ve visited all three places, But I’m still not sure.. Each seems to have pros and cons, so I’m thinking it over. How does it look to everyone? Next week, I’m planning to choose ㄹㅎ and one other place And go on a second round of visits. I’m going to look at everything overall and decide. I just want to get exactly one cup bigger without side effects from fat grafting or liposuction.

If anyone has experience, please share your advice too.
