I had surgery at MD, and before surgery they checked thoroughly with ultrasound Thanks to that, they found a lump in advance and removed it during surgery too The Mammotome procedure was done through the areola, so at first I was worried about an areolar scar, but maybe because it was just a thin needle puncture, I was amazed that there’s truly not even 1 trace of a scar visible
After taking photos, my eyes go more to the phone camera quality than my breasts Why do phones these days come out so well? They erase all the blemishes and make everything look bright and soft... How nice would it be if my actual skin were like that?
Strangely, I didn’t really have anything particularly hard after surgery If I had to describe the pain I felt at the time? It was just itchiness around the nipple for a few days (probably because of the Mammotome) and a throbbing feeling when I unconsciously made movements that strained my chest? Even that disappeared completely after a day or two And while going for aftercare, getting texture injections or radiofrequency care really made the feeling right afterward change noticeably!! That feeling of becoming soft in an instant? That’s when I also realized why people everywhere said to ask about aftercare in advance when I was first looking into it Because I was getting care, during the first month I went back and forth to the hospital almost every week, so transportation costs added up quite a bit..ㄷㄷ
I think there were personal changes after surgery too! I didn’t know at first, but after surgery I gained confidence and my personality seems to have changed a lot too? I didn’t feel it myself, but people around me said I became much brighter Before, I was very skinny and my skin also wasn’t that good, so my confidence wasn’t particularly high But after breast surgery, my personal self-satisfaction went up, so I feel like my personality changed and I became much more outgoing too I used to be super sensitive, but that has decreased a lot too.. Is there anyone here whose personality changed like mine after surgery? Or was I just a person with a terrible personality
