Before-before-after-after-after I only went around consulting at several places, but Top Class designed the nose I had in mind, so I decided on surgery right away! I had alar reduction + nasal tip + hump nose surgery. It turned out so well, just like the design I wanted, so I think the surgical result is satisfying.
