Because my columella was depressed due to a previous surgery, I had only the columella lowered using a closed rhinoplasty approach. They said they couldn’t lower it a lot because the support was deep, but it seems to have come down more than before and looks better. However, I’m worried whether it will stay like this even after a long time has passed since surgery.
