Revision rhinoplasty - ear cartilage, septal cartilage, silicone used, autologous dermis Paranasal augmentation, lower posterior canthoplasty, 5 months post-op! The nasal tip was raised the way I wanted, and the front view of my nose also looks more defined now, so I’m happy that I can take front-facing photos without nostril asymmetry. Other hospitals also said asymmetry and nostrils are hard to match, so I didn’t even bring it up separately during the consultation and didn’t expect much, but the front-view effect was better than I expected, and the drooping part of the nasal tip that I hated the most was corrected well. The paranasal augmentation doesn’t really feel like a foreign body either, and it’s holding up well. For those whose complex is more about a sunken-in area than wrinkles, I recommend paranasal augmentation
