I originally went in thinking about cheekbone and square jaw surgery, but they only recommended cheekbone surgery and double-chin liposuction, so I went ahead with that. The pins in the cheekbone area do bother me a bit (they show up really large when taking photos at the dentist.. lol When taking molar-area images, the pins blocked the view so they couldn’t see), but they did say they can be removed later! I think it turned out naturally well, but since the innate size of my face itself definitely doesn’t change, there isn’t a big difference when taking photos with the rear camera. But selfies, the mirror, and real life seem to show an effect! However, depending on the bone position, I do think it really varies by person, and since it has only been 2 years, I’m not sure yet about cheek sagging. (I don’t remember the surgery cost well, so it may not be accurate!)
