<Desired nose> Ah, it’s already been over a year since I had rhinoplasty, but my nasal bridge has gotten lower and I feel like the nasal tip has drooped too. It doesn’t interfere with my daily life, but I’m getting too greedy and feel regretful, so I’m thinking of adding ear cartilage or rib cartilage. Would I need to adjust the silicone height too? It’s straight right now, but I want a slightly straight-to-curved line.. The nose I want is the 3rd one.
