It’s been 8 months since my rhinoplasty, and even though all the swelling has gone down, my nose still looks noticeably crooked, so I’m thinking about revision surgery. What should I do? When I went to the clinic back when the swelling hadn’t fully gone down yet, they saw that it was crooked and said it was because they didn’t do an osteotomy. They said it was originally crooked, but since they raised it as it was without doing an osteotomy, it probably looks even more crooked, and they said they would do a revision surgery again for free.. Honestly, I wasn’t thinking about revision surgery, but recently I saw a photo someone took of me and I was so shocked..
