I don’t have any anxiety about the silicone, foreign-body sensation, or discomfort yet, but I want early silicone removal simply because I’m dissatisfied with the shape (the starting point of the nasal bridge? the glabella? it’s too high). In this kind of case, would they maybe not do early removal...? Also, if they do allow it, if only the nasal bridge silicone is removed early in this state, would it create a step-off or turn into a witch nose? Also, if they use cartilage or something like that to get rid of the step-off, is that not early removal but something that has to be done as revision surgery after 6 months? And do hospitals specializing in nose implant removal also do early removal? Or is it better to just do it at the hospital where I had the surgery?
