About 2 years ago, I had nose surgery with ear cartilage placed in the nasal tip, but it turned out sharper than I expected, and as time goes by, the ear-cartilage area at the nasal tip has become rounded with a noticeable outline, so I’m considering removing the ear cartilage. But before surgery, I had a drooping, arrow-shaped nose, so I don’t want to go back to my original nose. I want to make it somewhere between my operated nose and my original nose. Would that be possible even after removing the ear cartilage?? Also, I’m stressed because people around me ask whether I had nose surgery whenever I meet them. If I remove the ear cartilage, would I be able to make a pig nose too?
