My first nose surgery was with L-shaped silicone in 2000, and I wore it for 23 years without major issues. Then, because I wanted a better shape, I had revision surgery at ㅇㅂㅈ in December 2022 using ear cartilage and donated costal cartilage. For about the first 6 months, I liked it and got a lot of compliments from people around me. But starting in the second half of last year, whenever I lay down watching TV, I felt something pulling in my nose, and then at some point I noticed that my nasal tip had become way too low. I regret not using autologous costal cartilage back then. If I switch to autologous costal cartilage even now, will the nasal tip go back up and keep staying that way? I miss how my nose looked in the first half of last year, and no matter what pain I have to endure, I want to get that nose height back again.
