I had nose surgery using septal cartilage before, but there are functional issues and I’m also a bit unsatisfied with the height, so I’m considering revision surgery. If I had it done with septal cartilage, during revision is it possible to place ear cartilage on top of the septal cartilage that was already used? I’m not trying to raise it a lot, just a little because I feel it’s lacking, so I’m thinking about around 3 mm.
