2 Weeks After Implant-Free Rhinoplasty

Before-before, after-after This is 2 weeks after implant-free rhinoplasty. My nose was originally on the larger side and had height when viewed from the side, but from the front it looked spread out and crooked, and the horizontal width of my mouth is relatively short, so it was stressful. I had been thinking about rhinoplasty for several years, but I had seen so many posts about side effects from silicone, such as contracture and inflammation, that I was hesitant. While looking into implant-free rhinoplasty, I found a plastic surgery clinic. My needs were not so much nasal height, but a definite improvement from the front, and a neat, naturally glamorous look. I really went around to many other plastic surgery clinics, and although they said implant-free surgery was possible, they commonly suggested placing even a thin 1-2 mm layer of silicone, or recommended alar reduction. But the director listened to my needs and said implant-free surgery was possible, and that since alar reduction cannot be reversed, we should take a conservative approach; if I really wanted it, we could check the progress after one month and decide then. So I had the surgery. The result is satisfying, and I was surprised that even with implant-free surgery, it could become naturally glamorous + slightly glamorous. I heard the nasal tip will come down more later, so that is a little disappointing, but once the swelling goes down from the front, I think the proportions will match again and it will look naturally glamorous. If the director looks at the nose shape and thinks it is possible, he absolutely does not recommend anything that could cause side effects, and he gives very detailed consultations. I do not know if it is because he is very skilled with his hands, but I also had functional nasal surgery, and I did not even get the common bruising, nor did I have any sudden situations like heavy nosebleeds, so I was really grateful.
