Review of my first surgery for a bulbous nose

I’m leaving a review after having surgery at Named Plastic Surgery to correct my bulbous nose!! It’s now been 6 days since surgery, and I ended up choosing this clinic after visiting a total of five places. I had consultations at a mix of places introduced through acquaintances and two places I found through apps, and this was a place I found on the Gangnam Unni app a year ago! I called to ask about it a year ago, and they were so kind that when I decided to get nose surgery this year, I booked a consultation here. The decisive reason I had surgery here was that the director was really kind and nice! A very warm style!! So I had been feeling really discouraged because I had no confidence in my appearance, but I just melted right away. I went for consultations at four plastic surgery clinics and one ENT clinic, and only Named Plastic Surgery talked about things like the limitations of my nose that the ENT had also mentioned, and why they did not recommend nostril/alar base reduction!! My nostrils are small. You know how bulbous nose surgery is usually done together with alar reduction?? I often see side effects where breathing becomes difficult because of alar reduction, and the ENT also said that the airway into my nose is narrow, so we should do alar reduction only minimally. So, well... I liked the surgical method too!! They were kind, so that’s why I decided on this place... That kind of story. Other places all talked about alar reduction as the main thing!! When I was debating whether or not to do it at Named, I looked for reviews, but there was less information in this community than I expected But the director was really kind, and it helped that he suggested two methods that could be done for the nose I have while also explaining the limitations. Even if you don’t have surgery here, I think it would be good to at least go for a consultation!! Anyway... this was my first nose surgery review. Bye!
