I have a bit of extra eyelid skin, so they said it seemed like it would come undone if I didn't do an incision, so I did it by incision!!! As I listened to the explanations about ptosis correction and epicanthoplasty too, I felt they were necessary, so I said right away that I'd do them, and I'm satisfied with the result. If you want something natural, I really, really recommend it
