BeforeBeforeAfterAfterAfterI wrote about the nose surgery I had done together in the rhinoplasty section^^* After the CSAT ended, I felt like I was finally taking care of homework I had put off and put off… lol, so I got plastic surgery. They say going around for multiple consultations is basic, but I’m not the type to do that… lol so I visited 3 places from a list recommended through an acquaintance! Among them, I chose the one that was the kindest and had Director Song, who only does eyes/nose… (I also liked the before/after photos the most)
Originally, I had a pretty severe bulbous nose and the inner corners of my eyes were far apart, so my nasal bridge looked even lower than it actually was. I had a complex about my round, blunt nose that even contour shading couldn’t really fix, and ever since kindergarten I’d heard, “Your grandfather will pay for your epicanthoplasty,” so I thought if I was going to get double eyelids someday anyway, wouldn’t it be better to do epicanthoplasty together too (preferably with my parents’ money!!) haha So I proceeded with incisional double eyelid surgery + epicanthoplasty + rhinoplasty (custom silicone 3 mm/septal cartilage)!
Honestly, other than my nose, I didn’t have much greed, but since they said they’d do it, I went ahead, so until the swelling went down a bit, I did somewhat regret getting double eyelid surgery, you know? Both swelling and bruising don’t go away easily for me, so every time I looked in the mirror, it was like filming a horror movie.. lol
But now that it’s been a little over 2 weeks, I’m like, wow, they really did shape the line well… wow… you know? I’m not especially good at makeup, but compared to when I only had hidden double eyelids, curling my lashes is easier, my eyes are bigger so doing makeup is more fun, and my field of vision (lol) definitely feels more open than before?? Would it be funny if I said opening my eyes feels comfortable?
