Hi, I live outside Seoul, and this time I made up my mind and went to ㄱㄹㅎ and ㄴㅈㅎ for consultations on 2 types of facial contouring. I quickly visited only places that are famous for facial contouring surgery and were recommended a lot. I wanted to go to another place too, but couldn’t because of my schedule Anyway, I’ll share reviews of the two places.
ㄱㄹㅎ consultation fee 20,000 / anesthesiologist on-site They did CT and took face camera photos from different angles. The director seems to recommend bone shaving when there would be a dramatic change. I was advised against it, and because I have a lot of cheek/body volume, they said I would be much more satisfied with just full-face liposuction + lifting, considering cost-effectiveness, later sagging, and maintenance. Since I said I wanted contouring but they didn’t recommend it, they seemed conscientious. The consultation felt a bit like being scolded The estimate I got was 4.5 million for liposuction and deep buccal fat removal.
ㄴㅈㅎ first-surgery consultation free Only CT was taken. They specialize in facial contouring, and here they recommended osteotomy. They do not proceed with liposuction alone or things like that. Rather than recommending an ideal look or surgical plan, the director gave the feeling of “I’ll make it exactly the way you want.” There was a lot of theoretical explanation, but relatively little explanation about actual postoperative changes. The total cost was about 9.15 million for square jaw reduction + T-osteotomy + liposuction.
I wanted a clear change and had also been considering osteotomy, but now I’m feeling a bit shaken. I plan to visit one or two more places and then decide.
