Facial Surgery Reviews

2 weeks after SMAS volume lifting

After after before before Hello~ It’s already been 2 weeks since I had SMAS volume lifting. Because of rhinitis, I rubbed my eyes a lot and had dark circles, and since I’m in my 40s, I had been considering lifting and liposuction. Since minimal incision + liposuction + fat grafting could be done at the same time, I scheduled the surgery date right after the consultation. I had fat removed from under my chin and jawline and had a little grafted under my eyes, and compared with facial contouring surgery, the pain, eating, and swelling were very tolerable. The marionette/jowl area and jawline, which were my biggest concerns, improved. It’s just that for a few days, the parts near the temples where they pulled and stitched made me look like a flounder with an inverted-triangle shape, and I didn’t look like myself. And because I had under-eye fat grafting, it felt like my image had changed as if I were a different person, so I worried a lot. I almost cried,,,,,, Still, I thought it must all be part of the process that would pass~ I applied the ointment well until the day the stitches were removed. Even now, the swelling hasn’t all gone down, so it still bothers me, but the director said it would all go down and settle in, so I’m trusting that and waiting. They also said my skin/tissue quality is strong, so it would last a long time, and I’m thinking that’s a relief. They said I could wash my face right away, so I washed lightly from the evening of the surgery, and two days later I washed my hair and showered~ Since I’d had facial contouring before, I’m seasoned now haha Even if it pulls, hurts, and tingles, I can endure it,,, haha Ah, and my husband saw the surgical stitches and said they were really the best~ He said a surgeon’s skill shows in things like this haha They really stitched it very finely and well.
