Hi everyone I got my splint removed today and it’s day 7, and I know this is when swelling is at its peak, but I feel like my nose tip has become too high This will come down, right? It was autologous rib rhinoplasty and a revision surgery. The doctor said he raised it because I had a bulbous nose, but since the swelling is at its peak now and the nose tip is also high, it’s bothering me Please just take a look
