I aimed for an ultra-natural look, so I went with a rounded nasal tip + 2 mm bridge. I tightened the cartilage repositioning too much and only stacked septal cartilage at the tip to elevate it, and now the tip hurts terribly... It’s not just noticeable — I’m really stressed that it might stick out even more. Right now the tip is already sticking out too much, and I’m thinking of trimming down the elevated septal cartilage to lower it, and I’m wondering whether to keep the septal cartilage or switch to auricular cartilage if that’s possible. It has been 2 years, but the septal-based tip is still too hard and too pointed, which is very uncomfortable. Since I didn’t use auricular cartilage before, I think a change may be possible, but I’m curious whether auricular cartilage absorbs or droops quickly. And if you know of revision surgery that isn’t too expensive but is very natural-looking and well-known, please recommend it.
