I'm 6 months post-op from my nose surgery, but my nasal tip has gotten lower and blunter, so I ultimately decided to get aftercare revision surgery (it's not much different from my natural nose) The line I wanted was a straight-to-slightly-curved line, but now it feels almost like a straight nose with the tip drooping! And every time my nose feels heavy every day, I get headaches + my nasal tip feels tight and my nostrils become pointy, so I'm also worried about inflammation or contracture,,
For the revision, they said they'll do it the same way as the first surgery: lower the silicone on the nasal bridge and use ear cartilage for the nasal tip
But the doctor said that because my columella is short, there won't be as much of a big change as I want, and there could be inflammation or my nostrils could become longer, so I'm really debating whether to do it again or not. Do nostrils get longer with revision surgery too,, I'm so dissatisfied with the nasal tip that I want to do it again
