I gained vision, but I also gained dryness.
But it’s not severe dryness, so I’ve never regretted the surgery. It’s much better than wearing glasses. Even now after vision correction, I’m maintaining about 1.0 vision. I have no other side effects at all, such as a foreign body sensation or afterimages.
As for the degree of dryness, I use artificial tears every morning after waking up, and in dry places I use them about once every 3-4 hours. There are also times when I don’t use them at all the whole day.
