I had bulbous nose surgery, but nothing changed compared to before, so I’m looking into revision surgery. First of all, correcting the bulbous nose is my top priority, but since it’s revision surgery, I’m thinking I’ll look into it with the mindset that even costal cartilage may be used.... The three places I’ve been eyeing because I heard they handle bulbous noses well are ㅇㅍㄹㅅ, ㅌㅋㄹㅅ, and ㅁㅈ. Would they handle costal cartilage well too? I seem to see a lot of revision-surgery reviews.
