My nose looks more swollen than when the splint was first removed, and the line has become more faint. Could it be because scar tissue has filled in?
My nose is a bit large and my skin is on the thick side,

When I drink alcohol, my nose seems to swell while I’m drinking and looks even wider, so I avoid drinking as much as possible. I also barely touch it except when applying cosmetics, and I still haven’t blown my nose even once
