I’ve had nose surgery a few times, you know? But I don’t like the angle between my nasal tip and philtrum When the nasal tip droops, it keeps coming down into an acute angle.... I think I’d prefer it to be a right angle or slightly obtuse... Revision surgery is also so expensive... I want to have the most minimal surgery possible. Has anyone here had revision surgery only on the nasal tip because of the angle?
