I had rhinoplasty about 5 years ago. I had my hump shaved down, osteotomy, and cartilage placed in the nasal tip. At first I was satisfied because my image changed a bit, but maybe because a lot of scarring formed inside, the tip of my nose became bumpy and thick, so I’m looking into revision surgery. Back then, I chose it because it was cheaper than other places and had good reviews, but if I had to choose again, I think I’d choose somewhere else.
