I had functional rhinoplasty and cosmetic rhinoplasty together. I had 4 mm silicone inserted, and ear cartilage and septal cartilage were used.
My nose didn’t come down as much as I expected, so the overall feeling is disappointing. Since my nose is small and short, I feel regretful, thinking maybe I should have used rib cartilage instead.
The swelling is not going down at all, so it looks like an Avatar nose. Around 1 month, once it goes down a bit, I’ll bring proper photos
I hope a lot of it goes down.
