My first surgery was 4 years ago, and I had incisional double eyelid surgery, epicanthoplasty, ptosis correction, and fat grafting to the upper eyelids all done at once. One side turned out well, but the side I marked didn’t turn out well So about 6 months later, I had revision surgery only on that side with another doctor, and that doctor suggested raising the line slightly....? Maybe because of that, even now, almost 2–3 years later, the line is still a bit high.. Compared to the other side, the line is thicker and has a sausage-like look.. I thought it was swelling, but I think it may just be because the line is high. Or I also wonder if, when I had the fat grafting, the fat only took too well on this side, making the upper eyelid look plump and thick.. If it’s the latter, when more time passes and the fat on this side goes down, will the lines look more similar??
It looks okay from some angles, but from the front it keeps bothering me, so I’m wondering if I should get revision surgery.. My husband says, “What surgery again?” and tells me to just live with it;; What do you all think!?
