I’m trying to do them all at once, but the place where I had my nose surgery is famous for noses, while they have 0 epicanthoplasty restoration surgeries.. Would it be bad to do them at the same time..? I’m planning to remove the nasal silicone and just redo the nasal tip.. It’s a plastic surgery clinic in Gangnam Would it be better to do each one at a specialized clinic? It takes too much time
