I heard it was a very simple surgery and that the operation would be over in about an hour, so I did it without any worries, but I swelled much more than I expected, my nostril shape looks strange, and especially my upper lip near the philtrum became so swollen that when I eat, food keeps dribbling out.... I looked into it, and even if it was nostril reduction and alar lift, in any case they cut, removed, and sutured the nostril tissue and nasal floor tissue, so they say I have to watch the swelling go down over 1 to 6 months...
