For those who had fat grafting while getting under-eye fat repositioning, are you okay with the results? Some hospitals recommend only repositioning, while others recommend repositioning + fat grafting together. Are there any of you who regret getting fat grafting? It seems like the fat may be absorbed again later and you might have to do a second procedure, so I’m curious if there are any side effects.
