It seems like doctors who dislike double-line excision really, really hate it, and doctors who prefer double-line excision strongly recommend it. After looking around at several places and searching for information, it seems that for revision surgery, if there isn’t enough skin, they do double-line? If not, they seem to try to restore it as much as possible without doing double-line excision…
