My face was generally flat and two-dimensional. My nose was the feature that stood out most, and I wanted to add dimension, so I decided to have nose surgery! Tiana had a calm, clean atmosphere from the start, which made me feel confident. The consultation with the director was excellent, and the coordinator did not pressure me to book that day, so I felt very comfortable. Since my face is rather flat, I also had first-stage fat grafting to my forehead and temples. Maybe because of that, my face did not just gain dimension in the nose area; it became more dimensional overall and better balanced, making me look much prettier! Haha. If my nose had been made excessively high, it would have looked artificial and probably not suited me, but it is neither excessive nor unnatural, and seems to fit my face perfectly! I think I was able to succeed because the director has such a good aesthetic eye! Haha
