After my first surgery, my nose became crooked, so at the doctor's recommendation, I had all the materials inside removed. But my nostril asymmetry and nose shape became so unattractive that I'm thinking about having surgery again. I even felt like it looked better before surgery. It's been about two and a half years since the surgery. I'm so upset, and I've been very stressed and had a hard time all this time.
