I really don’t want to use costal cartilage, no matter what, and I want to remove everything, but because it’s a contracted nose, most hospitals said the nasal tip has to be lowered. A few places said that even if I get revision surgery, it could turn up again, and there was exactly one place that recommended total removal, so I felt drawn to it But my conditions are really bad. My nose was originally slightly upturned and then contraction developed. My skin is thin. My nose is small. They told me to consider the possibility that it could turn up too. Ha...
