My history of petite procedures so far... I’ll update if I get new procedures
I think I worked hard at part-time jobs from age twenty and got various things done lol I’ll write it all jumbled up as I remember it!
1. Lip filler (2 years ago) After getting orthodontic treatment when I was a minor, my already thin and tiny-looking lips curled inward even more. It was to the point where overlining couldn’t cover it, so I made up my mind and looked around here and there. I got Juvederm at a place that seemed to specialize mainly in lip filler, with quite a few reviews, and I requested the director who does YouTube. -> I got it as natural as possible with a small amount, but the filler clumped + my mouth protruded.
This clinic... I seriously do not recommend it at all... But I’m the type to live with whatever I have, so I’ve been living fine without paying much attention to it (but I’m going to dissolve it soon). After dissolving it, I plan to get it done again with Restylane somewhere else.
I do recommend lip filler itself!!☆☆☆☆☆ I’m so happy when applying tint. From the front, it really turned out pretty; it was only a problem from the side. It was my fault for choosing the wrong clinic or just having bad luck.
2.1 InMode (2 years ago) Even though I’m on the slimmer side (height minus weight over 114), my peanut-shaped heart face from chin fat and cheekbone fat was a huge complex, so I tried it at the same clinic where I got lip filler!
I think I got FX + Forma together for about 15-20 minutes? I think I remember applying numbing cream, and it didn’t hurt, it was just warm. I think I bruised very slightly! (Due to the broke twenty-year-old issue, I only did it once and stopped, so I didn’t see results.)
2.2 InMode (last year) Last winter... I started wanting InMode again, so while looking at an app, I found a cheap place near my home that only does InMode and does it for a long time, and I went 3 times. I didn’t really care about elasticity, so I only did FX 3 times!!
I remember doing FX once for 15-20 minutes each, at intervals of 2 weeks? 3 weeks? They didn’t apply numbing cream, so it hurttttt so much. During the procedure, I was internally confessing all the things I’d done in life, the whole dramatic mess. The bruising was really... ugh... I was lucky it was during COVID, so I could wear a mask around.
I think there was a tiiiiny bit of effect...? (My jawline came back a reaaally tiny bit.) If I have money later, I do want to get FX regularly about 5 times. I really have so much fat on my anterior cheekbones, lateral cheekbones, and jawline... ha... so stressful.
3. Liftera (last year) I tried it at a factory-style clinic around last summer or fall. It was cheap, so I tried it, but maybe it depends on the person... They said it doesn’t hurt! They said it doesn’t hurt!!
Even though I really applied numbing cream, the tooth sensitivity?? was intense, so... it hurt as much as InMode.
I only did it once and stopped, so I don’t think I saw results. Anyway... overwhelmingly many people say Liftera doesn’t hurt, but for me!!! seriously!! my teeth and gums were just!! ha....
4. Skin Botox (last year) Because of my memory issue, I’m starting to forget whether what I got was actually Skin Botox or not. I got it together when I got Liftera. Was it not skin...? I remember they injected a ton around my jaw and cheeks and the embossing was intense, but anyway, what was that, I got it non-steroid. Anyway, some kind of Botox. The effect... I don’t know^-^ I forgot what procedure this was, but I remember that after the procedure, while I was drinking at a cafe, there was a handsome model in the seat next to me lololol
5. Contour injections (probably 2 years ago) I think I got them once or twice at a factory-style clinic. I saw zero effect~
6. Square jaw Botox (probably 2 years ago) I got it together with the contour injections, but hmm... I don’t know if there was an effect.
Also, maybe all the procedures I got were non-steroid, so the effect may have been minimal. I was scared of abnormal uterine bleeding, so I think I always paid more to get steroid-free ones... probably?
7. Under-eye filler (2 months ago) Legendary, my something that came to save my life. My eyes were originally small clam-shaped eyes + thin in-out line double eyelids, overall a bit round, and I seriously highly recommend it.
I still have the under-eye filler receipt in my phone case... I got Restylane, and it was 440,000 won... whew, expensive.
I strongly prefer a natural look, so I made it as natural as possible, and my satisfaction is truly the highest. I have small clam-shaped eyes + a slightly long midface, and under-eye filler alone covered those two things at least a little.
Now that I supposedly have some money, I went to a one-director clinic instead of a factory-style one, but I didn’t really research and just went on impulse to a super unknown place with only 1 review in a community. I think I was lucky! But you all shouldn’t live as unplanned as I do; research well and go somewhere famous or with lots of reviews!! You never know..
I don’t know how much volume they put in, and since it’s only been two months, there hasn’t been any spreading or anything, so I don’t know about side effects, but if it spreads, I’ll come right away to edit the review. Still, as of August 2023, under-eye filler is the best procedure of my life!
+)8. Extra Aqua Peel review just because It’s good...? I think? maybe? But just do home care with that money. These days there are a lot of good videos on YouTube, so I think it’s better to follow those. If you’re lazy, at least do a modeling mask ㄱㄱ << the best home care
