I'm currently undergoing full orthodontic treatment, but I was worried my mouth would look too sunken if I did extraction orthodontics, so I'm doing non-extraction orthodontics. Will there still be an improvement? Does orthodontic treatment make the philtrum look longer? While wearing braces, I look so unattractive and my mouth looks like it protrudes too much T I'm going around plastic surgery clinics for rhinoplasty consultations, and the doctor said my eyes and nose have a celebrity-like image- **but said the protruding mouth is the problem T T Only my upper lip protrudes by 1 mm T ***It's really ambiguous whether to do extraction orthodontics - my lower lip is normal T ***I started non-extraction orthodontics this March, and they did a lot of interproximal reduction only on my lower teeth. Should I switch to extraction orthodontics instead of getting nose surgery? Please give me some advice^^ *For reference, they said that for the nose surgery, because of the protruding-mouth issue, they would lower the nasal tip as much as possible to match the angle
