To sum up the review, I think you can choose the hospital that fits you best after the consultation! There are so many hospitals, and everyone wants different things, so I felt that there isn’t really a clearly “better” or “more skilled” hospital.
I was worried about my first surgery / bulbous nose, crooked nose, deviated septum, and low glabella, and I wanted a natural bridge and a glamorous tip.

1) As soon as I met the surgeon, they didn’t ask what I was worried about They neatly explained that if I did this and that, it would improve the areas I was concerned about, and they used a huge tablet to Photoshop my photo while explaining. > It would be a good consultation for someone who doesn’t know what to ask.
2) For the bridge, if the patient wants, it can be done without an implant, but if you trust the surgeon and leave it to them, they decide during the surgery whether to use silicone or not. > They don’t clearly say, “Use this material” or “It has to be done this way.” But the after photos were all really pretty and exactly the shape I wanted, so I was torn.

CT scan - photos taken on an iPad - consultation with the director - consultation with the surgeon - consultation with the director The total time including waiting was the same, 1 hour, but the surgeon consultation was longer than the director consultation, 30 minutes.
1) It felt like they explained everything step by step from 1 to 10, assuming the patient knows nothing, like what the septum is, what the nasolabial angle is, and what a dorsal hump is. > What was really surprising was that the patient didn’t move between the director’s office and the surgeon’s office; the patient stayed seated, and the director and surgeon came in separately. I liked that a lot.
2) They talked while showing the CT and iPad photos, but the patient’s concerns and what they wanted improved were only drawn as sketches (not Photoshop), so it was hard to check the exact after-surgery shape. > That said, it didn’t make me distrust them.
3) The surgeon explained the features, pros and cons, and reasons for recommending each material one by one. They also made small talk in the middle lol
4) During the director consultation, they explained in a way that made it understandable why the price increased. > I saw a lot of reviews saying the price was reasonable after shopping around, and now I understand why other people felt that way.

These were hospitals I narrowed down after months of researching across this community and all kinds of cafes, plus reviews from acquaintances, and I was satisfied with both consultations. So like I summarized at the top, I don’t think there is a hugely “better” hospital, and I think the most important thing is making your own decision. Everyone, don’t worry too much about what to ask in the consultation, and I recommend just going first and seeing it.
