For short-term thigh fat loss, I recommend LAMS!

<Leggings change before/after LAMS> For a definite way to lose thigh fat in a short time, I think LAMS is the best. There’s really nothing I haven’t tried so far PT, diet plans, diet supplements, injections, etc. What I’ve done a lot until now is PT & diet + diet supplements. I originally didn’t exercise and would just keep buying diet foods whenever they existed. I tried diet shakes from famous celebrities, pills, enzymes, and everything else to the point there was almost nothing I didn’t buy. There was really no effect, and even when I exercised really hard, my thighs absolutely would not slim down.. After doing LAMS on my thighs and calves, and this time even the hip line area, honestly I wonder why I did so much PT all that time.. Of course, my body did get healthier and stronger, which was good, but my thighs actually looked sturdier, so it was really stressful. First of all, after I did my thighs, people around me kept asking, “Hey, you really lost a lot. Did you lose it through exercise? How did you do it?”.. For thighs, the swelling was all gone in one month, calves took 3–4 weeks, and for the hip line area, I currently have severe lumpiness and swelling, so I’m considering getting follow-up care called Ulfit. Anyway, for losing fat in a short time, LAMS was better than liposuction! This is just my personal opinion, yeah
