Hi~~ Today is finally one month since I had fat extraction! The pain, bruising, and swelling have really improved a lot. I wondered if this could even improve, but it actually does improve lol My current progress is: size 29 cm > 27.5 cm (-1.5 cm decrease) My weight also went from 53.9 kg > 52.5 kg (-1.4 kg decrease)! I was really worried because I naturally have very little elasticity and wondered what I would do if there was no effect, but I’m so relieved because I can see it decreasing and it’s showing in the numbers too For my diet now, I’ve been steadily doing cardio since the procedure, and for meals, I eat what I want but only about half the amount. I usually love fruit, but I’m even counting fruit while eating it... Doing this definitely does have an effect! I think I understand why the director said dieting is 80% diet and 20% exercise lol After getting it done and dieting alongside it, I can gradually feel my clothes fitting differently, so I do wonder why I only did it now lol I should’ve done it instead of spending time worrying lol Tomorrow I’m going for elasticity aftercare, Ulfit?? I hope it works How is Ulfit as aftercare??
